Residential Conveyancing

with Matthew Stubbs

Matthew qualified as a Solicitor in 1995, having worked at his grandfather’s law firm in Kent during school holidays and at weekends since 1986.  He initially dealt with both civil litigation and residential property, but has solely concentrated on residential property over the last ten years.  Having worked in Chancery Lane since qualification, Matthew is a co-founder of KPM Solicitors in  2009.  Matthew believes in offering a friendly, approachable and professional service and is proud that the vast majority of his clients have either been instructing him over a number of years, or have been recommended by a client that has.  He is always happy to discuss a potential transaction and the likely costs on a no-obligation basis.

Practice Areas:

  • Residential Sales and Purchases
  • Transfers of Equity
  • Re-mortgages

Professional Associations/Memberships:

  • The Law Society

MATTHEW SAYS :

“The process of buying or selling a property is usually classed among one of the more stressful things you are likely to do in life. Whether selling your property or buying a new home, there seems to be an endless list of tasks to do and people to inform, and that’s after you’ve gone through the whole process of marketing your existing property or scouring the neighbourhood for that dream home.

So when you move house you want to ensure the transaction process is dealt with smoothly and efficiently.

At KPM Solicitors, property sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and a host of other property related matters are all handled with expertise and experience, in an uncomplicated and friendly way.

What we don’t do is high volume ‘factory style’ conveyancing and try to fit your transaction into a pre-built computer programme.  What we do instead, is give you a personal tailor-made service that fits around the requirements of your individual transaction – why not take a minute to look at our “Guide to Moving”?

We intend to make your transaction as stress free and smooth as possible.

You can expect a professional service at a competitive price, regular personal contact by phone, email and post keeping you informed as to how the transaction is progressing, and the assurance that we will protect your interest.

Have a browse through our conveyancing links to have some of your general questions answered, and feel free to contact me if I can be of any further assistance.”

I would like to thank you for all your help, and would like to use your firm again for conveyancing matters.  Also I would not hesitate to recommend your firm to anyone I know.
